  • Provide specialized reference consultations and course-integrated instruction sessions for the Department of Political Science, Environmental Studies program, Pre-Law program and Conflict Resolution Graduate program.
  • Serve as collection development liaison to the Department of Political Science, Environmental Studies program, Pre-Law program and Conflict Resolution Graduate program.
  • Create and maintain web resources, such as subject guides, tutorials and blogs, for specialized political science, data and government sources.
  • Provide oversight for the Libraries’ Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) and North Carolina state collections and supervise documents staff.
  • Serve as co-coordinator of the Reference and Instructional Services Intern Program, which involves hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of Library and Information Studies graduate student interns.
  • Provide training to reference interns and library staff on data and government resources.
  • Manage Reference and Instructional Services practicum program and supervise participants.
  • Assist with first year instruction program as necessary by teaching library instruction sessions to English 101 students.
